Apologies for taking so long to provide feedback. The carpets were very dirty and the results were the best carpet cleaning I have had done. The technician was very professional and up front with what spots he thought he could remove and what spots he might not be able to remove. Just one negative... I had two spots that appeared once the carpets fully dried that I don't think were there before. One was in the front room and is a pinkish color and the other is in the walk-in closet and is a black color. I tried the spot treatment the technician suggested I use in the future (equal parts white vinegar and warm water), but this didn't remove these two stains. One other comment that is not a negative towards the technician, who I think did an excellent job. This is regarding carpet cleaning companies in general. A pet peeve of mine for all carpet cleaning companies since I first had my carpets cleaned about 33 years ago is that the original estimate is given and then when the technician arrives other services (pet spots, protectorant) are extra. From all of the fantastic things I had heard about Zerorez I was hoping you were different. I would prefer that when the appointment is made the representative would tell me that the special pricing is only on the first three rooms and the other rooms are at standard pricing and provide an estimate for the protectorant. I realize you can't estimate the cost for spot treatment, but even providing the amount for spot treatment would help set expectations. The technician was helpful in suggesting how some customers get a few rooms cleaned every other year to reduce the overall cost and he also explained the times of the year when you charge the most and the times of the year when you charge the least. I will definitely use again and recommend Zerorez, but I wish it hadn't cost me as much as it did.

I liked the fact that the cleaning time was fast, the method of extracting residue from the carpet was quite effective, and the representative took time to explain the process and was quite polite.

The tech that cleaned our carpets was knowledgeable .and thorough. The carpets came out better than I thought they could.

I moved into a town home that was a previous rental property. Being a Registered Nurse, I wanted the carpets not just clean, but sanitized. I was very impressed with the Technician, Rashid, who came out to perform the work. My carpets are now beautiful, no longer hold the scent of the previous occupant's dog (ick!) and I am walking barefoot through my home and LOVING it!
