I thought the prices were reasonable for the work completed. I liked that the I was able to talk to him regarding some possible problem pet areas and he was able to give me a quote quickly and it was a fair price as well. Overall, a very good experience.
The senior technician, Raymond is knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the science behind the cleaning process. What attracted me to Zerorez is how environmentally friendly to obtain a healthy, cleansing outcome. Eliminating soap while removing stains, odors, or general care of your carpet prevents scum residue. Another plus is the carpet dries much faster than other services. Give them a try, I assure you will be satisfied.
They appear to have cleaned up our worst stain areas. The carpets are clean and fresh.

The serviceman was very polite and agreeable, the Last name removed was not bad, except for the Last name removed on the carpet protection. That was too high, and therefore we did not have that done.
But overall you are a good company.
