Friendly communication, and great response

This is the second time we have used Zerorez and we are very happy with results as well as well as the knowledge and demeanor of the technician.

The technician was on-time, extremely knowledgeable and respectful of our family. The price was what was quoted to us over the phone and the carpets looked amazing.

We had the stairs, landing and hallway cleaned. The first step, that is the dirtiest, came out very clean. The landing can use a little bit more work. We called and they were very receptive to sending the service guy back out. Overall, very satisified with the cleaning, the technican was on time, very friendly and offered advice on how to clean up any future spots.

The technician was prompt and very knowledgable about the 'new' truck and equipment that he was using. He explained every detail and gave me a clear picture of the expectations I should have about the cleanning. Honesty and reliability! Our "technician" Tim was outstanding!!

No soapy residue. Machine not loud as other machines that make u deaf after they are all done. My cats appreciated that very much as well as my husband and I. Really appreciated the time and effort made to get the stubborn stains out. Example - cats presents(hair ball stains) and the stairwell going upstairs was really awful with dirt literally ingrained into carpet. I didn't help matters by trying to scrub them myself making matters worse.
Gerry Kurtz was very efficient didn't rush, but got things done in a timely manner.

We were amazed how Zerorez restored the appearance of our carpet - better than when we moved in 13 years ago! Our appointment was scheduled for the 8 - 10 a.m. window & the service techs called 30 min before they arrived, just like Zerorez promised. Very impressed with the service tech's professional performance! Results were far greater than our expectations.
