The claim of low residue left in the carpet was the main factor. Your service rep was very good and is a real professional. He was willing to explain what needed to be done and how we should deal with the wet areas after he left. We would request him again when we need cleaning.

So far so good. But it has only been two days. We will see how it holds up when family and friends start walking around on it. Has to take some wear. Just wanted to let you know though, there are humps in the carpet where there were none. Downstairs bed room had no furniture but a tv and dresser in it and has a hump down the middle.
