The products are not a problem for someone with asthma because they have no harsh chemicals. The carpets dry in a a somewhat short length of time. The service was excellent.

Your technician was on time and very knowledgeable about your product. Additionally he did not show up and try to up-sell products. You guys did what you said you would do and my carpet looks almost as good as the day I moved onto my home.
It dries quickly, and the technicians were personable. I am hoping the carpet will look cleaner longer, since there isn't any soap residue.

Tim my Zerorez Technician did a great job. He worked really hard and did a great job explaining to me what my carpets needed. Yes, I did spend a little more than what the offer was quoted to me but it was well worth the money. My carpets look great.
