That you stand behind your work!!! You guys did my stairs a couple of weeks back and they striped yellow after drying, but when I called to inquire about this no questions really asked they sent someone back out who resolved the issue.

Wanted to let you know that Rickie (older black guy, sorry I can't remember his last name) was the best we ever had. He was courteous, really knew his stuff, and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets.

quality of service and that not as much water is pumped into the carpet. This is important for my carpet in that it wrinkles after cleaning and less water means it dries out faster and the carpet stretches back to proper form.

That its natural and I don't have to worry about my children or animals. I also love how fast the carpet dries and smells good. A big thank you, every time .
