The dependability and professionalism. The office let me know Seth was running a little late; Seth called a little later and let me know he was 10 minutes away. This was the 4th time Seth Hess was in my home to clean the carpets and/or furniture. I feel comfortable having him in my home. He takes a walk-through and asks me to point out particular problem areas. He works hard and he works efficiently. He is considerate, thoughtful, and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend Zerorez and I always ask for Seth.

I like that they are effective and with very little odor. I don't like the smell that a lot of cleaning products have. As soon as the carpet was dry it was odorless.

I think the technician who cleaned my carpet was great! He did an awesome job. (If I recall correctly his name was Michael or Mike.)

The only issue I have is that I never received a receipt for the work performed. He indicated the app needed to email my receipt had not yet been loaded on his new phone. Could you make sure to send a receipt to me?

Everyone with whom I spoke with and met were extremely helpful and accommodating. I was in the midst of a move when my rugs were taken to be cleaned. I had to do two moves and then contacted Colin to request delivery. There was a problem with one of the rugs and zerorez replaced it with a new rug and no cost to me.
