Our Technician, Andy, called when he was en route to our house, and arrived within the time frame we were given by Colin and/or Jenny. Andy was neatly dressed--clean and pressed uniform--which sent out a very positive message about the service and the product. The cleaning was amazing: stains and ground-in dirt removed, and no harsh chemicals or resin-based cleaners used. The rug smells fresh and clean the day after the cleaning job. Drying time is approx. what we were told, so no surprises there. This morning I recommended Zerorez to my dentist and dental hygienist, and will continue recommending Zerorez to everyone. When we need carpet cleaning services again, we will call ZeroRez. Our son in Las Vegas was the one who 'discovered' Zerorez when he needed his carpets cleaned. He was so pleased with the results in his home, he recommended we try Zerorez of Denver when we were considering having our carpets cleaned. We are so glad we followed his recommendation. In particular, I like the way it looks and how Zerorez products restrict additional soiling because of chemicals during the cleaning process. We had our carpets done a year ago and because of our level of satisfaction we weren't interested in any other company doing it this year.

The tech I had this time was wonderful. Respectful of my home, thorough in his work and did a very good job.

I've used Zerorez more than once and the quality of work and results are significantly better than other carpet cleaning companies I've used. Zerorez has consistently courteous and knowledgeable technicians. After Zerorez my carpets are noticeably clean visually, to the touch, and smell in the air is not unpleasant and no strong fragrance... Clean! Great value compared to carpet cleaners I've used before through Groupon/LivingSocial vouchers because even though I'm saving money, it isn't worth it when you factor in the value you get from Zerorez:
-- I've had to get the carpets re-cleaned by Zerorez after previous cleaner's poor job
-- Drying time has been less with Zerorez even on a colder or cloudy day (doesn't leave me with saturated carpets as I've experienced with others)
-- Carpets are clean and without leaving behind unpleasant/unclean scent (With other companies I've been left with wet/musky scent, sweet, uncleanliness, or a combination of factors.)
-- Technicians who come to the house to clean have a pleasant demeanor, are courteous to call to confirm that they are enroute, and they competently address issues (With other companies' technicians I've had them unexpectedly arrive a day early and when I called the company they did not pick up the phone all day nor did they return my phone calls. With other companies' technicians I've had to wait the whole day when they did not arrive during their scheduled arrival time window, received no courtesy call whatsoever.)

The gentleman who did the cleaning was very friendly and professional and did a great job. The only concern I had is that he did not know how the Angie's prepaid coupons work.
