The service tech was very knowledgeable and gave many helpful points on the ongoing care of carpeting including how to deal with spots by using vinegar instead of products sold for this purpose. The carpeting dried more quickly than other cleaning methods and does not have a harsh feeling.

I have 3 dogs (and all the hair and dirt that comes with 3 dogs). Satisfied with the results. Used them last year (recommended by friend) and was very impressed. This year I was also happy with the result, but carpets were a bit wetter in high traffic areas than last years cleaning. Dried easily with fan. Carpets were soft and felt very clean after the service. I will use them again next year and recommend them.
No filmy residue, no chemical smell, really got the carpets clean. Raymond was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable without being pushy or smug.
