I am very pleased with my experience with Zerorez. The young man who came out to my house was polite and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, one high traffic area needed further attention after the initial visit. Zerorez sent another technician out at no extra cost. My carpet looks good and there was no chemical smell or perfume fragrance after cleaning. I will recommend them to friends and use them again.
