The tech arrived on the early side of the arrival window. My carpets were spotted with stains and marked with high volume dark spots--when he was done they were gone! He even got up two pet stains.

Carpet came out clean and dried quickly. There were a number of stains from the previous tenant and Josh was able to get them all out with the exception of two stains that he tried everything on. Josh did a great job and projects a great company image.
