Carpets look better than last cleanings. Prior stains are now history, just what I'd hoped for. What I REALLY am please with are my tile floors. I didn't realize my grout was so light under all that dirt and grime. They look great! I didn't realize Zerorez cleaned tiles, so I was totally surprised and appreciative that Rolando offered told me about the service. Rolando was available to stay for my add-on, so I jumped on the offer immediately.

Adam the guy who came out to do the carpets was very knowledgeable and did an AWESOME job. My concern was any chemicals that could cause my kitten to have an asthma attack. Since there are no harsh chemicals used, my kitten did just fine and is doing even better with clean carpets. I'm very happy with the results.
