We always use Zeroez because they give consistent, excellent service every time at a very fair price. They call 30 minutes before coming and are always on time. I've tried other carpet
cleaners but have found that no company can compare with Zeroez quality of service.

The carpets look great, the carpets dried quickly and there was no odor. The shower was also steam cleaned. There was one area that needed more work on the carpet and an area in the shower that didn't come out as I wanted (both not your fault). You came back to redo both without question. Your technician was on time on each visit. Thank you and greatly appreciate you coming back for the redo.

Cleaning job took longer for the three areas we had done than the last service to do our entire 3 bedroom + steps. This is a good thing - did not feel we were short changed as we did the last time. However the last cleaning was a different company.
