The carpet cleaner guy was very nice and willing to help move small furniture. He called 20 minutes before he arrived which was helpful. It was great having him come in the morning and by the next morning, the carpet was pretty dry. Amazing...

I thought the prices were reasonable for the work completed. I liked that the I was able to talk to him regarding some possible problem pet areas and he was able to give me a quote quickly and it was a fair price as well. Overall, a very good experience.

The senior technician, Raymond is knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the science behind the cleaning process. What attracted me to Zerorez is how environmentally friendly to obtain a healthy, cleansing outcome. Eliminating soap while removing stains, odors, or general care of your carpet prevents scum residue. Another plus is the carpet dries much faster than other services.
