After the tech left, I noticed that he did not clean behind the LR sofa or move the 2 small end tables. We focussed more on the basement and I didn't notice. I would have personally moved the 2 end tables and sofa for him to clean behind if I had noticed. He did move a table and recliner in the FR so that confused me. It looks like the sofa in the FR was also not moved?? Both were moved the other 3 times I had Zerorez clean.
I also had 2 coupons the 2013 Merchant Value Pass book that I forgot to give him. When I remembered today, I called the office to see if they could honor them and was told that someone would call me back today. It is now 5:15 pm and no call yet. I still think that I will be called soon.
I was pleased with the cleaning that I was shown yesterday before I payed the invoice but did not realize at that time that the sofas were not moved / and that I forgot I had the coupons.
Any help available to resolve?

The vast array of items you clean, the customer service was outstanding. I was recently laid-off and was on a very tight budget, the technician addressed my concerns and kept the bill to the exact quote.
It would be nice to see a price list when you arrive, however with all the different types
of furniture around, a one select price might not be feasible.

The cleaning team listened to me about my carpet cleaning needs and did a beautiful job. We have two dogs and the carpet had a doggy smell. The team recommended an enzyme additive to the carpet cleaning which totally eliminated the smell. It wasn't perfume - the carpet actually had no doggy smell when they were done.
The only negative: The team and I had a detailed discussion about the stain repelling properties of my Mohawk Smartstrand Carpet. They wanted to apply a stain repellent. I did not want that as the Smartstrand yarn, by it's very nature (it is a totally new fiber), is not coated with a stain repellent (like stainmaster carpet) but rather the stain repellent is actually part of the yarn. I stated that I did not want to adversely effect the carpet warranty. It appeared to me that the team lead did not know enough about Smartstrand. Let me emphasize, however, he was very respectful during the discussion on this issue!
I was very pleased that the "crunchy" residue did not remain in the carpet after the carpet had dried.
The technician did a wonderful job and was very concerned that everything be completed thoroughly and well. I am very happy with Zerorez. I feel you hire good people who care about their work. James was great.

Zerorez had an easy process to cleaning my carpets. It got the cat puke stains out of the carpet and picked up most of the cat hair!

Your employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I like that you get the carpet clean without the use of detergents so that dirt isn't attracted to it and it stays clean longer. I also like that the carpet isn't crunchy after it has been cleaned by Zerorez.

They called ahead, arrived on time, were friendly and very knowledgeable, the did an excellent job on my couch which had been terribly soiled due to a remodel job and the contractor not taking the care he promised.
