We loved that our carpet wasn't wet and saturated and was completely dry within 4 to 5 hours. Also, the fact that harsh chemicals were not used in the cleaning process was a huge plus.

Toby was awesome,explained why my white carpet got dirty quicker do to soap resin from my personal shampoo machine.he also walked me thru the house to check his work great in this day and age to have someone take pride in their work.great sense of knowing my concerns he asked a lot questions and overwhelming answers.nice to know he knew what he was doing.i have had carpet cleaners before never like this,just a great experience worth every dime!!!!!!!
The technicians were prompt and considerate. They went through room by room with me before beginning work and asked about all spots and concerns. They got up stains that have been in our carpet for years, through numerous other cleanings.
