I had never heard of Zerorez until a cousin from Salem, Oregon told us about you. I have never heard anything bad about Zerorez. I was very impressed with the gentleman who came and and performed the service. He explained the process to me and also educated me on the different types of carpets I have in my house and the pros and cons of both. I wish I could remeber all he told me! I am hoping the spots do not reappear as they always have with other carpet cleaning companies.

I received a phone call about a 1/2 from when he arrived. He was Polite, clean, uniformed, and always used his booties. We went over what he would do and what areas. He gave me an estimate prior to the job. He gave me booties and we went over the entire cleaning job then got on his hands and knees and wiped the tiles in the foyer clean before he left. I also liked that he did a very short hallway in addition to what he said he would do at the beginning...Very Nice!
The transaction for payment was easy and he was very professional.

Something happened with our cleaning so after calling Zerorez, they came back and gave my carpets a new rinse and then put the protection cover back down, standing behind their satisfaction guarantee. We are so happy with the service and our off-white carpet looks bright and clean again.

I liked that the technician was able to come after our business hours to get our carpets cleaned. He was able to modify his process to clean our lobby first then cleaned the rest of the carpet as requested. Excellent Job as always!
