Both products and services are important to me. I have used Zerorez several times, now. The time of arrival to clean our carpet is punctual. The technicians know their product, and give us the info needed. Spots, stains which eventually returned after other carpet cleaners had been here were permanently removed by Zerorez with no damage to the carpet. I will not hesitate to recommend them.

Having moved into a house previously occupied by a smoker, the carpet cleaning was important in mitigating the odors left behind. There is a definite change in the carpeted rooms...in addition to the carpets themselves looking and feeling great!

Able to get an appointment quickly. Been happy with all of your techs (with the exception of one who was just odd, sorry I can't remember his name). I like that you don't use harsh chemicals to clean my carpet.
