I've now used zerorez twice. I requested Raymond Martin for the second visit that was necessary since I had spilled some balsamic vinegar on the carpet and needed it removed. Raymond is particularly knowledgeable and was not only able to get it out but also a relatively small but problematic red dye stain. He extracted that with an iron and it looks great. He takes the extra time to explain what works best in the future and can explain why. I'll use zerorez again and have already recommended to others. Thanks, First name removed

The technician who came out, returned to address an order we still had from his first visit. Not only was he apologetic that it was not removed the first time out, he clearly outlined what he was going to do, he shared what the next steps we should consider if this did not fix the problem. The tech was efficient and supremely professional, and the problem was resolved!

It has been a couple of weeks since my carpets were cleaned by Zerorez. Our experience from beginning to completion was nothing short of professional and completely satisfied!! My husband and I were impressed with how professional each member of Zerorez was to us. When the technician came in he examined our carpet and explained how he would clean it. When he was finished the carpet smelled fresh and was bright. We are using Zerorez again and would highly recommend it to everyone! Thank you

Quick and complete job cleaning my carpet.

What can you say? It works! The high traffic areas look and feel great! There are areas where the condition of the old carpet is in poorer shape, and the cleaning allows us to postpone the expense of replacing carpet instead. There were some real issues with grease type stains, and they appear to have been removed. This was our second time using Zerorez. The first cleaning laste well oer a year. Good Job.
