It would be easier to answer what I DON'T like about your products and service. NOTHING, and that says it all. I love not having residue crackling in freshly cleaned carpets. I love carpets dry by day's end. Above all the service is over the top. The techs come when they say they will, calling 20-30 before arrival. After checking out the job, they get after it, leaving only when everyone is satisfied. My carpets have a browning issue, on occasion needing a return trip. There has never been a problem when that happens. Those issues seem to be in the past, as there has been no browning the past 3 times out. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I was very unhappy with the results of my last carpet cleaning and didn't think I would ever use them again. Zerorez made it right and sent out a different rep who re-cleaned the areas in question. I'm very satisfied with the results and will definitely continue my business with Zerorez. I'm glad I did call them back and give them the opportunity to make things right. Thank you !!!!

What I like is that it works. What I didn't like was "Josh" the technician you sent. Please mark my account to never send that arrogant peon to my house again. He needs to understand he is "not the smartest" guy in the room and he needs to learn when to "stop talking". His disposition was over the top "you have to listen to me" because I am the expert and I am going to up sell you until I make enough money off of you...He tried this approach to the point it made me question your product because according to Josh it doesn't work unless you get all the "treatments" he recommended. I am the Director of Sales at my company and my reps would run circles around Josh. Do not every send him to my house again. Thank you, Name removed
