However, it has been 10 days since the cleaning and I did notice on day 9 that I believe some of the old spots are beginning to show through. I am aware that you have a 7 day guarantee.

The carpet gets amazingly clean. A clean carpet makes the whole room smell clean. I also like that the wet carpet only takes half a day to dry, compared to 1-3 days for other carpet cleaners.
