The carpet is super clean and I have no complaints. Very professional especially the man (Ricky) that did the job. He came in looking professional in a pressed white shirt and very clean. His appearance pretty much dictated to me that this guy was a pro and the job he was about to do was also going to be professional.

It really works! Plus it takes less time to dry. Zerorez's techiniian, Toby, was phenomenal! Not only was he a pleasure to be around but he was extremely knowledgable about the product and the process. Toby deserves a raise:)!

the carpet cleaners were very courtious and check our carpet for unusual stains before even doing the job a pointed out some stains that needed extra cleaning solutions and gave a price.

My carpets are very clean, and not crunchy after the carpets dries. I am was very happy with choosing zerorez.

I was shocked that he was going to cut his fee because he was late..A VERY few minutes...Is that how to build a "good JOB' attitude... with your workerrs..I was notified he might be a bit late . When he called me he asked if I wanted to cancel the job!! He had never seen the job..(Customers are often wrong in estimating sizes, and traffic is totally unpredictable.
