The people at Zerorez are AMAZING!!! We have used them to clean our carpets for the past several years and will never go anywhere else! This year we had an unusual circumstance and once again, Jason and the entire team from the initial phone call all the way through the service were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!

The price is right and you get the carpets clean. Your personnel are friendly and knowledgeable which makes it easy to have them in my home.
I like that there are no harsh chemicals and the carpets dry quickly too. I love how clean he was able to get my tile floor grout. I tell all my friends about Zerorez.

What do you like about our products and services?

I loved that there were no trip charges or hidden fees. The service people were cheerful and friendly and aimed to please. They worked quickly, careful not to make a mess and they explained what they were doing and why. My carpet looks great and dried in time for company. I love that there are no detergents and I am hoping it will stay clean longer than it has before.

Your technicians are polite, efficient and have good communication skills. You show up when you say you will or you call to give a better window of arrival time. As for the service and how my carpets look, they look great!

Your product makes sense when it comes to avoiding residue when cleaning carpets......also removing previous residue. I appreciated the appearance and professionalism of the technician you sent to our house yesterday. He answered my questions and informed me about procedures and their purposes. So far the carpet looks great.......and we're anticipating it will stay that way for a long time!

I think your technicians are very knowledgable and they seem conscientious about their work. We've had three different techs over the years and they've all been responsive, fair and ready to explain what they are doing and why. It's the whole "approachability" thing that makes us stay with Zerorez -- that, and they always do a good job.

Mike was awesome. He explained everything in detail, walked us through options and told us things about our carpet we didn't know. He was quick, the carpets look great and our work was minimal. He did a wonderful job on a pet issue.

What do you like about our products and services?

I am very happy with Zerorez. First off, I really appreciated the company calling to confirm our appointment. It was also wonderful to have our technician call us when he was 30 mins out instead of it being a big surprise as two when in the time window he'd show up. We had a wonderful tech named Josh. He explained every thing very well and we felt very confident with his work. The carpets dried quickly and look very clean. Thank you!
