Zero-residue, environmentally-conscious cleaning. The carpets look like new and since I have used you before, I know they stay looking great for a long time. I really liked the technician. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some good tips to maintain my carpets. He suggested a protectant for a high-traffic area but didn't over-sell. I felt he was honest and professional. It was also easy to get it scheduled - no phone tree, no call-back, just a real person the first time I called. I really appreciated that!

Great service, quick and thorough

Ray was awesome and provided OVER-THE-TOP service to us. Carpets looked great and my family is all together, thanks to him (my two year old son locked himself in our basement and Ray took off the doorknob to get him out as I wasn't there and my wife was freaking out).
