Products do a very good job on my very old carpet. The stain remover too out a red die #2 stain that I had tried everything to get out. Rolando is excellent - knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and does the little extra things!

Chemdry told me to replace my 4 year old carpet and that rooms animals had never been in were saturated with urine, which was clearly bull. I did have one room that had an issue for $60. Your technician had a room treatment. (For each stain, if they had found them, chem dry would have been $25-50 and no whole room treatment). My carpets look great, rooms smell good, the technician was extremely helpful! I as extremely satisfied and wrote a comment on Yelp too.

Time will tell. Once you clean your carpets you usually create a magnet for more dirt.
One thing I would say is don't tell people it will be dry in 4-6 hours. It easily takes almost 24 before its really dry.
