The guy that came to our house was VERY thorough. He took time to examine spots or areas that needed special attention. He explained how he was going to treat spots and really took his time to thoroughly clean our carpets. The time he took to complete the job was reasonable. He was polite and professional. We were not overcharged or nickle and dimed. I appreciate that very much.

Thorough cleaning job. The technician took the extra time to make sure the carpets were cleaned throughly, which I really appreciated. The difference in the carpet was night and day from before and after cleaning.

No residue but noticed some dried up solution on my tile that looked like soap???? The young man that cleaned my carpet was nice and very professional.
