I loved Bert and his professional attitude. He got out a major stain that I was worried would not come out. It was amazing how quick the job went and my carpets were not soaked.
The service is outstanding, but there was a chemical reaction to a spot on the carpet. The technician came back to treat it, but the yellow spot remains. I didn't call Zerorez again, because I think a third trip wouldn't resolve the problem.
