How well the cleaning was done and the technition

The technicians were very efficient with their time, and very thorough. They were extremely nice and worked hard on my carpets. They replaced a portion of carpet and there was no sign that a repair had been made.

Found the service to be very quick (It didn't take as long as I though it would). He even got the stairs clean! It also dried quickly and it was great to know there was no residue left behind.

No leftover residue in the carpets. The price was good. The technician was professional and knowledgeable and did a great job. He got out a stain that other companies were not able to remove.

Like the job you did!!! Looks great! Feels really good to walk on - feels very clean.

Your process does an excellent job of cleaning and doesn't leave the carpet stiff & crunchy. I like the fact that it cleans without leaving behind a soap residue. Josh, the technician who serviced our home (09/13/13), was very professional, pleasant and friendly. This was our 2nd time using your company; we'll certainly call upon you again.

I like the way my carpet feels after a cleaning by Zerorez. The carpet is clean without a crunchy dried residue. The technicians are professional, polite, and friendly. I refer everyone to Zerorez. My brother is also in the carpet cleaning business, with a competitor. I would rather use Zerorez, which I know is a better quality service, than to call my brother's company. I think that says a lot about Zerorez as a company, in every aspect.

The tech was very informative about your product and issues with my carpet. Considering it's age and wear, I was very pleased with the outcome.

good cleaning

No chemicals and a thorough job at a fair price.

Josh was prompt, informative about other services, and I felt perfectly comfortable with him in my home. The cleaning was excellent and surprisingly quick. My stairs were done in an ivory color berber that had never been cleaned since installation (13 years ago!) Zerorez and Josh brought it back to its original sparkle and color. This was the proof in the pudding for me. My other carpeted areas were 5 years old and had never been cleaned. They now look new and smell fresh. The carpeting I had before those, were cleaned by Stanley Steamer which did not seem to clean as well as Zerorez.

The tech had a very professional attitude, was well trained and did a very thorough job. The carpets are very clean. Our carpets were wet much longer than 8 hours but the weather changed and was very rainy and cool. There were several places that required extra treatment also.

Friendly worker. Called and showed up early after I okayed. Excellent job cleaning heavily dirtied couches. No smell. Fair price.
