We had a lot of issues with pet urine and tea stains on pretty old carpets. They came out looking and smelling wonderful. Boyce was very courteous and informative before, during and after the cleaning process. Definitely will use Zerorez again. I'm glad I heard April S. on Radio 850 stating how much she liked what Zerorez did for her.

Very clean carpet which was previously very soiled.
The carpets were very dirty and your technicians were able to get them very clean. They got out stains that we did not expect them to. They were also willing to mend carpet seams, stretch the carpet and clean additional upholstery during their visit. They were extremely friendly and polite. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
