In the past I have been very pleased with the service but this time the coffee stain could not be removed completely and it took 2 days for the carpet to dry instead of 6-8 hrs. Perhaps more moisture was left in than previous times. However everything else went well and the cleaner arrived on time and was pleasant.

Technician was polite on time, I usually rent the Rug Docter and do it myself. I'm sure I use to much soap. I liked the results, price was reasonable.

You did what you promised!

The carpet dried in the time we were told both on our original contact with your office and that submitted by the technician.. The technician was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I have nothing to compare the product to as this was our first cleaning of this carpet since we moved in 3 yrs. ago.

The team that came to clean my carpet couldn't have been nicer or more effecient. They went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction.

Less harsh on carprys and dries quickly. Very efficient. The entire experience was outstanding. From the customer service rep booking the appointment to the technician completeing the work. Very profesuinal and curteous.

1. I like the fact that everyone I spoke with on the phone was very well spoken and organized. Aaron, the Tech, was very polite, and considerate. He also made the 11 year old carpet look like new. Can't give one suggestion on how to improve.

The gentlemen that cleaned my rug were very professional, and explained the price and the area I wanted them to shampoo, beginning working. The results are very good and would recommend them to my friends and I would have them back, to clean more rooms. Thank you.

I like that the carpets are cleaned with no residue and are safe for pets and people. I wish the scotch guard was included or much cheaper.
