Was able to schedule an appt reasonably soon, the cleaner was prompt and friendly, the service was quick, it was very reasonably priced, dried fairly quickly (was not very wet to begin with), and it seemed to work on our hopeless dog-trashed carpet. Would use them again for sure.
Our carpet had never been professionally cleaned and was a mess. To my amazement the carpet is completely new looking again. I truly had no hope for this quality of result and will use your service when I professionally clean my carpet because its so clean and there is no residue. I have already started telling people about your service. Now I can have light colored carpet in my house and keep it beautiful. Yes!

One problem, your truck leaked some type of residue on our driveway. At first we thought it was just water, but when it didn't dry up for quite sometime ,we knew it was something else. You might want to check that particular truck. Never had that happen to us before.
