I guess the water system used. This is my second time having my carpet cleaned. It always looks like new afterward. Rolando was so personable when he came to our home the first time and I requested him for the second cleaning. Again, he did a wonderful job. He is a true professional and an employee to be proud of.

The technician was very courteous and polite. I was pleasantly surprised that there were not clumps of hair or foul odor when the carpets were finished. However, the bill was double than what I was looking to spend.
