What was discussed on the phone prior to the appointment date was actually followed through during the date and time of the service. Furthermore, the technician called to asked if it would be alright to come earlier than scheduled. I thought that was great. Upon arrival, he set up all the equipment and started work right away. He was done in less time than expected. The service was excellent!

Gerry, the staff member that did the work on our home, was very efficient and courteous. He did a fantastic job on cleaning our carpet. He removed spots that others have been unable to remove. Others had told us it could not be done. He was quick and knowledgeable, and I would love to have him back. He represents Zerorez very well. I told him that the company should provide service in Summit County. I hope they consider expanding.
The service was FAST. We were left with a clean, fresh carpet ... and Raymond was very cordial!
Tech was very nice and helpful. Nontoxic is why I chose your company.

You were able to get purple-colored soda and red-colored soda stains out of my carpet. Even after I had asked other carpet cleaners to use their stain lift methods to get them out. The technicians were above and beyond polite and professional.

Always is a good job and I believe the product is green to the environment. I did want to say, this last time I used Zerorez the carpet seemed wetter than other times, but it still was a good job and I only use this company.
