Rick was very nice, listened well and provided me with the information I needed to decide what I wanted done. i.e. It appeared that the grout in my 88 year old bathroom floor would not survive a power cleaning. I appreciated his honesty as another company said they could do it and then a number of tiles came out.

He cleaned the berber rug to look almost like new despite its 30 years. He was able to remove an old red wine spot on another rug.

I market to carpet cleaners for a living, so I know a lot of carpet cleaners, some of which are my personal friends. Zero Rez impressed me as a company that stands out because I often walk into busy offices and most of the time try to get in and out as fast as possible so I'm not annoying my clients who are busy at work. When I go to Zero Rez, David (the owner/operator) always has time for me and is gracious enough to hear How i'm doing. Because of this, they are the company I chose when I needed to have my carpets cleaned recently. It's no surprise that the experience I had as a customer yielded the same outstanding experience. The dispatch was clear in communication, the tech clean and polite and the service was exceptional. Good customer service comes from the top down in a company. My carpets look new! Better than they did the last time I had them cleaned. - this company is top of the list for carpet cleaners in the Denver-Metro Area. Hard to beat this complete package...way to go Zero Rez!

I was not impressed by the on-line process. But I received much better and faster service when I called on the phone. The service was professionally done and the carpet is MUCH cleaner.

You technician (Raymond) was on time and did a wonderful job on our carpets. I did like that the carpets did not have that residue feeling that I have experienced with other carpet cleaners.

The product has such a clean smell...we were disappointed Toby was not able to service the call but understand due to surgery...hope his recovery is speedy and next time we schedule he will be available. The two service techs who cleaned our carpets were great!

Everything! :-) From the beginning to the end of my experience with Zerorez, every aspect was handled very professionally and friendly.

The techs that came to our home were absolutely Amazing!! They were Rolando and Adian. Our carpets were SO dirty and soiled - I was so embarrased, but they never made any comments about it and told me not to worry about it.

In one of our bedrooms there was a pet stain/ordor that I had worked on for many days, but it still smelled so bad, but the techs took extra time with it and the stain/ordor was completely gone when they were finished with it.

Our carpets looked SO NICE and the house smelled SO Fresh when Rolando and Adian were done.....it was a New Home! :-)

I will certainly recommend Zerorez to anyone who asks about carpet cleaning and will be using you again myself.
