The rep was very knowledgeable and gave suggestions for better cleaning of our carpets. All of our carpet stains came out and some had been there more than a year. The suggestions for our high-traffic area worked great and the wear stains in that area also came up. Very pleased with the service and the results!

Raymond cleaned our carpets last Thursday. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very informative. He explained everything as he was doing it and made recommendations based on the conditions of our carpets. He was an absolute pleasure to work with!

Ricky, the man who came out to clean our carpet was very nice and professional. He did a wonderful job with our carpet. Many stains I thought would not come out, did. OVerall, we love Zerorez and will continue to use them.

My only concern was that later that day, I heard on the radio there was a 3 room special for $99 and we paid $109. I know it is not a big difference but I would have apprieciated it if I had received the lower price. I don't like the fact that depending on the day, you receive that special and if you don't mention something about the special you don't get that price.
