I have 3 dogs (and all the hair and dirt that comes with 3 dogs). Satisfied with the results. Used them last year (recommended by friend) and was very impressed. This year I was also happy with the result, but carpets were a bit wetter in high traffic areas than last years cleaning. Dried easily with fan. Carpets were soft and felt very clean after the service. I will use them again next year and recommend them.

No filmy residue, no chemical smell, really got the carpets clean. Raymond was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable without being pushy or smug.

Our Technician, Andy, called when he was en route to our house, and arrived within the time frame we were given by Colin and/or Jenny. Andy was neatly dressed--clean and pressed uniform--which sent out a very positive message about the service and the product. The cleaning was amazing: stains and ground-in dirt removed, and no harsh chemicals or resin-based cleaners used. The rug smells fresh and clean the day after the cleaning job. Drying time is approx. what we were told, so no surprises there. This morning I recommended Zerorez to my dentist and dental hygienist, and will continue recommending Zerorez to everyone. When we need carpet cleaning services again, we will call ZeroRez. Our son in Las Vegas was the one who 'discovered' Zerorez when he needed his carpets cleaned. He was so pleased with the results in his home, he recommended we try Zerorez of Denver when we were considering having our carpets cleaned. We are so glad we followed his recommendation. Outcome was very good, quick and straightforward. Though pricing for upholstery was high so I will be getting quotes for that part only. Will use you in the future for carpets. Thanks!

The customer service and the fact that you dont use any harsh chemicals.

In particular, I like the way it looks and how Zerorez products restrict additional soiling because of chemicals during the cleaning process. We had our carpets done a year ago and because of our level of satisfaction we weren't interested in any other company doing it this year.

The tech I had this time was wonderful. Respectful of my home, thorough in his work and did a very good job.
