I liked the way my carpet looks and feels after being cleaned. I like that you don't use any soap. Toby was the technician, he was very knowledgeably about the product and service. He was also very patient with me because I am renting and I was having to consult my landlord about the pricing. I will highly recommend zerorez.

We liked the chemical/soap-free cleaning technique. It dried very quickly. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

The team was on time and in fact I was contacted regularly to update me on their arrival time. They explained the process well and demonstrated the difference between the before and after. They were careful with my furniture and gave me detailed instructions for follow up care.
