Zerorez does an excellent job. A few years ago I had them to my home to hopefully remove pet stains. The stains were removed and never came back and my carpets looked like new. Even though I have lost my dog, I still have the come every year to keep my carpets looking great!
The carpet looks almost new (big improvement), the scent is fresh & the carpet isn't crunchy. Dried fast, and looks great.

I was very impressed with your process. The tech, Mike, was very nice and explained how the system works without chemicals. Having just had a severe allergic reaction to the paint used inside my home, I was not in the market for any additional chemicals to be introduced into my environment.

This is the second time we have used Zerorez and we are very happy with results as well as well as the knowledge and demeanor of the technician.
The technician was on-time, extremely knowledgeable and respectful of our family. The price was what was quoted to us over the phone and the carpets looked amazing.

We had the stairs, landing and hallway cleaned. The first step, that is the dirtiest, came out very clean. The landing can use a little bit more work. We called and they were very receptive to sending the service guy back out. Overall, very satisified with the cleaning, the technican was on time, very friendly and offered advice on how to clean up any future spots.
