We think your technicians are one of your greatest assets! We have used Zerorez probably 6-10 times over the past 5 years and the technicians have always been unfailingly courteous and extremely hard-working. Your products have always gotten the job done very well, and we have had some pretty difficult clean-up jobs... once our dogs spilled an entire jar of honey on our carpet which wasn't discovered for several hours and I had a group of friends coming over to the house the next evening! YIKES! It eventually required a couple of trips to deep-clean out all of the residue, but I originally thought we would have to replace the carpet, so several trips was worth the effort and expense for us! Another time, we had had a friend's dog over and he had marked several places in the house, which later caused our dogs to begin marking also. It had gotten pretty bad before we actually noticed what was going on. Zerorez was able to deep-clean out all the pet odor so that our dogs did not continue to mark in those places... Again, we originally thought we would have a problem with our dogs re-marking those areas forever after our friend's pet marked in our house. Zerorez really is, quite simply, the BEST!!

You may be surprised, but I like to vacuum before the carpet is professionally cleaned, because I have an excellent vacuum! I have "gone over" my carpet AFTER housekeepers have left and found far too much dirt remained when they used thier own vacuums! I feel like I get a better carpet cleaning this way. I also had my carpet "sealed", but the benefit of that will take months to determine.
