Green product and empowered water technology. The Technician, Toby, was very educated and explained the process and recommended stain removal for future stains. I noticed that there was a vinegar scent after cleaning the carpets. It didn't smell as fresh as I thought it would, however, the carpet looked very clean and prior stains were gone.
No chemicals and the carpet is really clean/

We like that Ricky Brown arrived in a timely manner, he worked very diligently the entire time, not even stopping for lunch. He asked questions about what we wanted done and he did eveything we requested. Our carpets and upholstery look new and the repairs he did on our carpet were skillfully accomplished. Thank you!
