Seth, the man who serviced the carpet, was very professional in every way. When I spoke with my wife after the service, she said the carpet looked "amazing." Our carpet was a mess from two new puppies and two grand kids and I was embarrassed to have company. Zerorez has brought my stress level down and having guests over is no longer an issue. As soon as our remodel is finished in the basement, Zerorez will be the first people I call.

I wasn't home at the time, my husband was. When I got home I noticed that the carpet looked very bright and clean and was almost dry. we had it done in the morning. also, the carpet is very soft, not crunchy like other carpet cleaning products after it is fully dry.

We just purchased a house, and had the carpets cleaned before we moved in. We chose Zerorez after hearing radio commercials, interested in the 'green' cleaning with less/no chemicals.
They came out on a Saturday, called on the way, and showed up earlier than my scheduled window.
Our service technician was very professional, polite, thorough, and efficient.
He did a great job, got out all the spots, and even went down and cleaned a bad spot in our basement, even though we weren't having that level cleaned, at no extra charge.
Family was coming over to look at our house, and he gave us all bootie covers, for my husband and myself, and six family members. Also at no extra charge.
We were very pleased with the service, the cleaning products didn't have any harsh smell to them at all, they dried VERY quickly, and our carpets were left fresh, clean, and move-in ready!
