We liked our technician, Raymond and appreciated his time and his work. Our carpets did come out clean and look great. However, the 'real proof' will be how they look in a few weeks. This was our situation with other carpet cleaners where residue did seem to attract dirt, which is why we choose Zerorez...we are hopeful and want to be pleasantly surprised with Zerorez results. We tried Zerorez at the recommendation of a friend for carpet cleaning. Our carpets were soiled from many years of foot traffic, a black lab's skin oil and small stained areas. The tech surveyed the areas to clean, provided recommendations, available options and the cost prior to starting the job, however no pressure at any point. The tech was pleasant and efficient. The service and results were more than we expected.
