He did his best to get the best deal for our money and was flexible by adding rooms we weren't planning on getting cleaned, cleaned. We will use Zerorez again!

i think your carpet cleaning was very good - although there was one spot missed in my daughter's room. The granite service seems pretty good so far - except there was some nail polish on one section of the counter (my daughter is the culprit) - but instead of taking it off first, the glaze/polish/sealant was put on right over it and now it is not removable....plus one 3 inch spot was missed next to the refrigerator - so i think that service could have been a bit better.

I really like Rashid's enthusiasm and professionalism. He did an incredible job, not only on our carpet, but especially on my husband's recliner. I will wholeheartedly recommend Zerorez to everyone I know.

It's very clean. Also, we had Mike this last time and the poor guy--by himself--tackled our whole house and funiture, and did it in a very reasonable amount of time. It looked great when he was finished! We've had other techs from Zerorez in the past and they, too, did great jobs.

THEY DON'T LEAVE ANY SOAP RESIDUE

I like that my carpet looked & felt like new after the cleaning, I liked that the enzyme treatment completely removed the pet old pet stain, and I liked that there is no chemical residue. I also liked that the carpet was not left soaking wet and that it dried rather quickly. Bert was very pleasant & informative and we plan to have him clean the stairs & bedrooms this Spring.

The carpet came out lighter than it has in a long time. Seth was able to remove a candle stain and rust stain that basic cleaning did not remove. The carpet felt thicker and has not shown traffic paths as other cleaning methods have soon after the cleaning.

The gentlemen that came to the house were extremely professional and polite. They shared good information with me and they were considerate of my house and property. The carpet looed and felt great after the cleaning. A little expensive.

The gentleman, Ricky, was very professional. And the product excellent. I've noticed that my carpets haven't been messed up yet from all the stuff we do around here. When we hired another company last year, I noticed how quickly the stains started piling on again. I'm guessing it's from the residue left behind that acts as a magnet for stains.
Anyway, I'll be using Zerorez again!
