I liked that the technician Seth was friendly and professional in both demeanor and appearance. He was able to get my very dirty carpets clean with the restorative clean process. I wasn't sure my carpets could be brought back to life but they were. I am thankful I won't have to replace my carpet like I thought might be the case. I will certainly hire Zerorez in the future.
