I have used Zerorez two times and I like your cleaning technicians. Ricky on 11/20/12 and Rachid on 1/8/13 were prompt, professional, friendly, and worked very hard. The first visit was for regular carpet cleaning and Ricky also successfully reduced a "bump" in the carpet by about 60%. Unfortunately, the second visit was for accidental ink and paint spills on the family room carpet and now that everything is dry, the stains are still quite visible. However, I know that Rachid did everything possible to remove them.
Our microfiber couch looks great! We have a 3 year old so need I say more about how dirty it looked before the cleaning? After seeing the results we will certainly be using zerorez for our carpets next time as well. Our tech, Bert was also very cordial and did a very thorough job; he instilled a great deal of confidence in how well the treatment would work (which it did) and we'll be requesting him for our carpet.
The bathroom tile looked great and the carpet came clean without the use of chemicals. We had our downstairs done awhile back and it has retained it's fresh look!
