Ok, I waited 3 weeks to fill out this survey to make sure that the stains that Rickey, my technician, removed did not return and that my carpets remained odor free. So...good news- no more stains and no more odor and they still look great! I am sold! Rickey did a fantastic job and was great to work with.

Your techs arrived during the time they were scheduled. They were informative about the process. They were considerate towards my "shelter dog" that is still getting used to people (she was found on an indian reservation and was about two years old).

Our carpet is very old and worn and really past the point of help, however we are unable to replace it. We were hoping to at least make our carpet look presentable so that we were not embarrassed to have people over for the Holidays. Received a call from the office the day before, Andrew called when he was on his way, he cleaned and repaired the carpeting as well as taking 5 area rugs back to the shop, all are now cleaned and ready for the Holidays. Service was excellent, floor coverings were done to our utmost satisfaction.

Drying time is a lot less than most companies using the same cleaning technique. Friendly, informative service.
