One thing I disliked was the length of time required to dry carpet...took eight hrs.
I liked that everyone I dealt with was professional and timely. My carpet looks great, and am anxious to see if the stain prevention that I paid for works as it was rather pricey.

I like that you do not use harsh chemicals. I have a small child that is still crawling and I didn't worry about putting him down on the carpet the day after it was cleaned.

Carpet may have remained wet longer than expected; however, we had scheduled on Fri knowing we would be out of our home over the weekend.
