You're professional in your approach in every way. 1) The service is superior to begin with - no chemicals, no soap, no residue, no crunchy carpet fibers afterwards. 2) The carpet looks and smells clean. 3) Your guys are extremely efficient - in and out, nominal effort from us, and all of sudden they're saying "thank you, see you later." Even the invoicing/payment system, including payment with a credit card on the spot, is hassle free. I had my receipt electrnically by email before they made it to the front door. 4) It all just works... a smooth, efficient process by two guys who demonstrate they know EXACTLY what they're doing, who politely and with a smile, get my carpet clean and then they're out of there. From the way they set up and handle the equipment, to the use of shoe covers and corner guards to protect the carpet and walls from marks, their process is very well thought out. 5) Even the office staff are knowledgable, personal, and well trained. After making my appointment, before the guys came, I called the office twice with follow up questions. Each time, the phone was answered quickly, in person, by someone who know the answer, who reassured me of a great experience, and then invited me to call back if, "I needed anything else." Who does that today! . . . What great customer service.
I can't imagine a more efficient, thorough cleaning process, by better trained personnel, all carried out within a business model that, even if I had to leave the house and not be there during the cleaning, I'd feel completely comfortable and safe. It smelled great! The carpet is from 1987, so I wasn't expecting miracles; but was so surprised about how much life was brought back in the carpet's appearance. It wasn't crunchy or soggy.
No chemicals or soap
I liked the level of cleaning, that there were no chemicals involved, and that the technician was knowledgeable and very friendly.
The price was surprisingly affordable, the carpet looked so much cleaner, but most of all, there really isn't any residue or soap to hold onto whatever is on our shoes when we walk across the clean carpet now.
This is just for the owner, and Tim, who came out to do the work: I'd had cats in the house for years and never had any problems until we let missionaries stay in the basement at the Church's request. The cats didn't like the areas they considered "theirs" basement and a bathroom being invaded by strange males and leaving their scent at the watering hole. They started really marking territory on carpet in every room. It was the first time I'd ever had to fight pet odors or wondered about the wisdom of indoor pets. As the carpet got worse and worse looking over time, mostly because of the residue from the cleaners I'd tried, I was really starting to resent the missionary housing program. Ruining all the carpets in a near-new house seemed like a lot to sacrifice, a lot to ask. I cannot tell you how healing it was to have a returned missionary from a company owned by a member of the Church come clean that up as successfully as he did. Seth, the man who serviced the carpet, was very professional in every way. When I spoke with my wife after the service, she said the carpet looked "amazing." Our carpet was a mess from two new puppies and two grand kids and I was embarrassed to have company. Zerorez has brought my stress level down and having guests over is no longer an issue. As soon as our remodel is finished in the basement, Zerorez will be the first people I call.
OUTSTANDING. I will only use Zerorez from now on. I had several nasty spots that kept 'reappearing' after the previous carpet cleaner was here. I tried everything; the spots would go away for 2-3 weeks then come back, every time worse than the previous spot. I thought, "Oh Lord, I have to go to the expense of replacing very good carpet"; then my neighbor recommended Zerorez. The guy was in and out of here within a 1/2 hour, it was great!! I waited 6 weeks to give this review because I wanted to see if the spots returned again....NO SPOTS.... THANK YOU Zerorez for an OUTSTANDING job, a great price and saving me from the expense of replacing my carpet.
