Very professional in all aspects, i.e., explaining what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, what we should expect at the end. Their equipment was clean, well organized, and they described how it all worked before they got underway. They also detected some unknown pet spots, pointed them out to us, gave us the options before proceeding which was really appreciated. If you have carpets that really need cleaning we highly recommend Zerorez!! You won't be disappointed. They deliver as promised.
