The carpets were cleaned to their original color! Stains came out, no extra water residue or lingering smell. Ricky was very good.

The service in Oct was good. We reuse Zerorez. The only problem this time was that fluid from the cleaning dripped on the transom and bricks in our entry and on the brick walk outside leaving dribble spots and a discoloration where the liquid spilled. This has not happened before.

could have suggested we move the fainting sofa so we could get under it. Totally spaced it as we concentrated on the big sectional sofa. But other than that I am pleased with the overall job.

The chemicals used were not toxic or strong in odor. I was simply amazed how it removed the black worn areas and restored the carpet to a very respectable condition. After it finally dried, the next morning, we were pleasantly surprised to look at what appeared to be a new carpet. The cost for such a exceptional application is equally delightful.
