From the very begining, working with Zerorez has been a wonderful experience. When we decided to clean the carpets, I hear zerorez on the radio. I went to the web site and easily navigated through the scheduling and how many rooms and areas we wanted cleaned. Then i was called before the day we had the carpets cleaned to see if there were any questions and to verify what we wanted. Then the tech called me before he arrived and let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he informed me of what he was doing and asked if i had any questions or concerns. He advised me of a few things I was concerned about on my carpets and made some recommendations. I then was happy to pay the few extra dollars to get what I felt was needed, without any pressure. Oh by the way the emails reminding us and checking on things, were awesome. I will only use zerorez in the future and will only recommend zerorez, wether people ask me or not. Great Great company.

Your chemical free cleaning is awesome!

No residue left behind. However, I want to comment on a problem. The last time you serviced my carpets, the truck was close to evergreens and "burnt" them. Not the service mans fault because I had to pull out of my garage and asked him to park further over. My fault! However, you should mention to your maintenance people, not to park close to any foliage.

The products are clean smelling and the carpets dried fast. My carpets didn't feel stiff and rough when they dried, looked great! The technician was professional, friendly and did a great job. I would definitely refer Zerorez to my friends and neighbors.

Rick was very nice, listened well and provided me with the information I needed to decide what I wanted done. i.e. It appeared that the grout in my 88 year old bathroom floor would not survive a power cleaning. I appreciated his honesty as another company said they could do it and then a number of tiles came out.

He cleaned the berber rug to look almost like new despite its 30 years. He was able to remove an old red wine spot on another rug.

Very professional staff from first phone call to the gentlemen who cleaned our carpet. First time using Zerorez. Recommended by two friends. Not cheap.

I market to carpet cleaners for a living, so I know a lot of carpet cleaners, some of which are my personal friends. Zero Rez impressed me as a company that stands out because I often walk into busy offices and most of the time try to get in and out as fast as possible so I'm not annoying my clients who are busy at work. When I go to Zero Rez, David (the owner/operator) always has time for me and is gracious enough to hear How i'm doing. I was not impressed by the on-line process. But I received much better and faster service when I called on the phone. The service was professionally done and the carpet is MUCH cleaner.
