One issue was that there was scheduling snafu and they didn't have my appt in the computer. I appreciated that they were quick to reschedule.

You technician (Raymond) was on time and did a wonderful job on our carpets. I did like that the carpets did not have that residue feeling that I have experienced with other carpet cleaners.

Everything! :-) From the beginning to the end of my experience with Zerorez, every aspect was handled very professionally and friendly.

The techs that came to our home were absolutely Amazing!! They were Rolando and Adian. Our carpets were SO dirty and soiled - I was so embarrased, but they never made any comments about it and told me not to worry about it.

In one of our bedrooms there was a pet stain/ordor that I had worked on for many days, but it still smelled so bad, but the techs took extra time with it and the stain/ordor was completely gone when they were finished with it.

Our carpets looked SO NICE and the house smelled SO Fresh when Rolando and Adian were done.....it was a New Home! :-)

I will certainly recommend Zerorez to anyone who asks about carpet cleaning and will be using you again myself.

Gerry did not rush. He took the time to be sure that I was pleased with the results. He also gave me tips on how to spot clean without a soap based product. The carpet looks excellent. That is saying something because it is 14 years old!

The only thing that kind of bites is the price :/ But you get what you pay for! Keep running specials and deals around holidays, etc so repeat customers can afford to clean twice a year like i like to.
