I liked the look and feel of the carpet after it was cleaned.

First, I loved the service. They were extremely professional and explained everything thoroughly. Second, I'm amazed that the juice stains have actually come out of the carpet and we no longer see them. We've tried several different carpet cleaning companies over the years but never had we had success like this. Third, and equally as important, you are a green company and use a non-toxic process - love that.

I loved that the Technician used your water, that it was softened and treated. I loved the smell of the citrus pretreatment. The technician, Bert, was amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful.
