I like that there are not chemicals and that my 15 year old carpet looks like new.

We liked how well Seth explained everything..how hard he worked on our carpets (they were really bad in some areas. There were some areas I had no hope would get even close to what he was able to do. We have decided not to get new carpeting for awhile because they look almost new.
