Rolando is always arrives during the time schedule or comes early! He is always very courteous and gives me a n estimate before starting the job! He leaves me with instructions and asks that I answer the survey so I can get another $25 coupon! I will recommend Zerorez to everyone!!!

The cleaners are always friendly, professional, respectful of the customer's home, and quick. I would also like to say that the Zerorez cleaning process never leaves the carpet feeling like there is some sort of chemical residue left on it. When the cleaners are done the carpet is clean and there is only a slight dampness to the carpet. We first heard of Zerorez on KEZW and have used the service 4 times since. This is a great company and it provides great value.

The product worked beautifully and all of the spots and stains came out of my carpet. The technician, Rachid, was very professional and gave me advice on caring for my carpet. He was on time and finished in a short amount of time. The carpet took a little longer to dry then he said, but not too bad considering that it was a cool day with higher humidity. Overall, your service was outstanding. Thank you!
