The tech that cleaned our carpets was knowledgeable .and thorough. The carpets came out better than I thought they could.

I moved into a town home that was a previous rental property. Being a Registered Nurse, I wanted the carpets not just clean, but sanitized. I was very impressed with the Technician, Rashid, who came out to perform the work. My carpets are now beautiful, no longer hold the scent of the previous occupant's dog (ick!) and I am walking barefoot through my home and LOVING it!

My carpets always look new after Zerorez cleans them.

The professionalism, knowledge, good attitude and hard work of the techs! I felt that the techs cared about doing a good job and didn't seem to rush through the cleaning! I liked how they didn't try to upsale a million other services. They did what I asked, and didn't pressure me into other services. I like the fact that Zerorez is a "green" company and uses products that are non-toxic and leave no smell nor residue. The carpets also seemed to dry faster than other cleaners I have used in the past. Thanks Zerorez!

Agent explained everything. He moved and pedestalled furniture - at no charge. The price for services did not creep up after we agreed on areas. He was very clean and left the house spotless.

so far carpet looks wonderful and I am very hopeful that it does resist the dirt with no chemicals being added. I was very impressed and appreciative of the professionalism of the technicians and the ease with which they accomplished the task! I thought my house would be in shambles which it was not! They were most considerate and did a great job.
