First of all Toby was fantastic!! He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. We got our carpet and an upholstered chair cleaned. Everything that was cleaned looks brand new. I also loved the fact that there are no harsh chemicals - with a baby and dogs it was of utmost importance to me. Anyway, loved the services, everything looks great. I will be recommending you guys to my friends and family. And you guys have yet another loyal customer!!

This is the first time I've used Zerorez. Carpets look great now - just want to reserve final judgment for a few weeks - allowing time for those "ghost" stains to return as often happens with other carpet cleaners.
The only problem was that I was quoted a service window between 1-3:00 p.m. and planned on that. Got a call about 10:30 a.m. that the serviceman was on his way! That was pretty inconvenient - the work was being done at my Mother's house and I had to rush to get there - didn't feel like I had things ready like I wanted them. Serviceman, Kyle, did a good job.
Your technicians arrive in a timely manner and are very professional. I have an old dog and I need to have the carpets cleaned frequently and Zerorez has done the BEST job of any!!

I like that it is "green." The carper looks really good- it always does right after. I will come back to you depending upon how long it stays like this. Often with other cleaners- it is looking icky again in a couple of weeks... I have my fingers crossed. I am hoping that not using the detergents will keep it cleaner longer. I appreciated being able to make the appt. on-line and everything seemed organized by your company.
