I like the idea of having no nasty residual chemicals left on the carpet after cleaning. The guy who came out was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. He spent quite a bit of time cleaning a corner of one room where the cat had urinated which was a huge problem. I felt like he might have charged us more than he should have, though, which is tough since we do not have any extra money right now. (We have a big house so it looks like we have extra cash, but just paying the mortgage has been very challenging for a while now.) Also, he left quite a bit of liquid on the hardwood floor next to each area of the carpet that he cleaned. We took photos of that in case you want to see it. Anyway, overall we were very happy with the cleaning and he made it look super nice when he left.

I liked the service technician, Seth, who was very helpful in answering my questions. I like the fact that there isn't any detergent residue and I like the fact that now that the carpet has been cleaned, my allergies are already calming down. It only took about 6 hours for the carpet to be dry. It was not as expensive as many other companies and much better outcome for me.

Some concern about dragging the hose across the lawn and burning the grass --- also some water or cleaner was spilled on the grass and grass died. Sorry about that.

Loved the no shampoo residue or strong odor. Tech was very pleasant and very efficient, the entire process took less than an hour. Have already recommended your company to several friends. I plan to have a few pieces of furniture "Zerorezed" before the holidays!

Friendly and efficient

My carpet looks brand new since the cleaning. I was actally considering replacing the carpet but now I don't feel like I need to. Very pleased.
