There are no residues from their cleaning. They are very efficient and accomplish everything they say they will do expeditiously.

I liked that the carpeting dried in a reasonable amount of time. Most areas came clean very nicely. We have white carpeting.
On the other hand the MBR bath area and closet were not satisfactorily clean, in fact the man who came to redo it said he thought the closet had not been done the first time. But the redo was very well done, and we are satisfied with our first experience with Zerorez.
One other thing I'll mention is that I think it is proper to ask before using our toilet facilities. It bothered me, that it happened.

The oriental rugs came back looking fabulous--colors are vibrant again. Carpets and upholstery look great as well.

You guys were fast and efficient. You arrived at a timely manner, I was the 8 am apt. And I asked the gentleman to give me 10 minutes before he came and he did. When he came in I showed him everything and he wasted no time, he got right to work and he was nice to let me help him move my sons train table (it wasn't heavy but it not sturdy so I appreciated that). Zerorez of Denver was great! I initially hired them to come out and clean a few rooms and treat some pet odor areas. There was a communication error and the pet odor areas weren't treated on the first trip, but they were VERY quick to resolve the issue and even offered to do the treatment free of charge. This speaks highly of a business who is willing to go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. Especially in an economy of Groupons and Social Living where they entice people with good deals only causing disloyalty throughout the consumer market. Zerorez will be one business that I stick with because they treated me as though they sincerely cared about my experience and less about just trying to make a buck. In the long run, this is what matters people. Treating people fairly. So think twice before buying those groupons just because it's a "good deal". Stay loyal to your service providers and they most certainly will pay it forward!

Your employees are very professional and we have always had excellent results.

The carpets were done quickly and yet extremely thoroughly. Gerry gave me time to ask questions and show him my areas of concern. He then proceeded to remove spots and stains I didn't think possible to get out. My carpets look amazingly new!! I was on the verge of getting rid of my LaZboys. Now, after Gerry's hard work, they're renewed and have a new life. Thanks again, for cleaning my carpets and upholstery as if they were your own!!

The service is excellent. Our technician was fast, responsive and helpful. The carpet, which is not unfortunatly new, looks quite good with regular Zerorez cleaning.
