The technicians were at my home within the time frame and were very professional. My carpets look absolutely beautiful. They did not leave the carpets extremely wet and they were pretty dry within 4 hours. They were even able to make an area rug in the kitchen look almost new, even after five years of never having the rug professionaly cleaned.

What I like is that the heavy stained areas cleaned up very well,and the water stain that was on our couch is no longer there. I have recommended Zero Rez to my neighbor who asked how our carpets turned out. I do plan on using Zero Rez again.
