I was very impressed when my husband and I had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez the first time last year. After purchasing a very expensive whie short shag carpet which began to always look dirty even after being cleaned twice in a six month period. It was apparent that the carpet was attracting dirt and grime in the high traffic areas because of the soapy residue which was left in the carpet by the previous carpet cleaning companies. Zerorez was able to get the dirt and grime out where others had failed. I am very pleased with the pet stain and odor removal as well. I have and will recommend Zerorez to my family and friends.
