He did a great job and took time to show me everything after. I noticed a couple of spots I wanted re-done and they were cleaner than in the past when had my carpets cleaned. The urine treatment did not really change the color of the carpet but it was worth trying.

Excellent staff; knowledgable, thorough, courteous, professional. Arrived on time. Service was completed exactly as described. They were able to remove all of our carpet stains. The carpet dried quickly and was soft afterward, no crunchy-hardness. Very, very satisfied. We will DEFINITELY use Zerorez again.

The associate was friendly and wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with our cleaning service. The carpet looked very nice when he was done. The only little issue we had was that he was quite a bit early and had our phone number listed wrong. We had gone out to do a few things and only by accident were we back home when he came to the house so we almost missed him. However it turned out okay in the long run and it is better to be early than late in my book.
