The associate was friendly and wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with our cleaning service. The carpet looked very nice when he was done. The only little issue we had was that he was quite a bit early and had our phone number listed wrong. We had gone out to do a few things and only by accident were we back home when he came to the house so we almost missed him. However it turned out okay in the long run and it is better to be early than late in my book.

What I like the most about Zerorez is that they aren't using any harsh chemicals to clean the carpet. That is very important to us, because we have little kids. Another thing what I liked, that they booked my appointment in two days. Technician did a wonderful job on our carpet. What a difference before and after.
