Ricky, the man who came out to clean our carpet was very nice and professional. He did a wonderful job with our carpet. Many stains I thought would not come out, did. OVerall, we love Zerorez and will continue to use them.

My only concern was that later that day, I heard on the radio there was a 3 room special for $99 and we paid $109. I know it is not a big difference but I would have apprieciated it if I had received the lower price. I don't like the fact that depending on the day, you receive that special and if you don't mention something about the special you don't get that price.

Mike was very good at articulating the expectations. My carpet looks and smells new again. Since you don't use chemicals, there was none of that to stink up the house.

Mike called ahead of time as advertised. He was professional and friendly. He showed me what he was able to extract from the carpets - yuck.

Prompt and on time. Discussed options and prices before any work was started. Advised me that all the pet odor would not be completely gone. Showed me where the spots were with infrared and treated those with special chemical. Looked like they did a thorough treatment but all the odor did not go away. The odor is much better though. Both men were very professional and efficient.

I was impressed with the results and with the speed of service. Also the price was more than economical. Finally the Service person was courteous and professional, Zerorez will get my business again.
