It was very easy to schedule a day to have my carpet cleaned. I got a follow-up phone call as a reminder and everyone I talked to and the two young men who came to the house (on time!) and actually cleaned the carpet were very professional, courteous and gave information about extra services I might like to have but weren't pushy about our choices. The best part is the fact that the carpets are CLEAN!

Kyle was great. You clean my carpets better than I have ever had them cleaned before. I had a dying dog who had urinated all over my dining room (the previous time you cleaned them), and I never thought those stains would come out. You did it.

Our carpets look fabulous! Oncde they were dry there wasn't any "crunching" when we walked on them. We have a new baby visiting (5 months) and I have no problem at all putting her down on the carpets (and we have 2 dogs and 4 teenagers!). Thank you ~
